How to feature posts here

Instagram doesn't allow a full auto-updating profile feed to be embedded for free — but you can embed any individual post or reel once it's live, in under a minute:

Open the post on Instagram.com, click the ••• menu, and choose Embed
Copy the embed code Instagram gives you
Paste it inside the <div id="post-embeds"> section of this page's code
